The first ever lifeguard rescue squad was formed in Atlantic City over 100 years ago.
To pay homage to the lifesaving tradition of the region, Red Bull Surf + Rescue was created to test the skills of patrols from across the East Coast in a unique competition format.
Red Bull Surf + Rescue brought together 200+ competitors from lifeguard patrols spanning from New Jersey to Virginia.
